Chris Carpenter, Founder, and CEO
Chris’ passion for helping clients promote and support their mission led to founding KECH, Inc. She has more than sixteen years of experience supporting government clients, most recently as the Project Manager for a mission critical USCIS contact center, managing a team of 400+ personnel.
In addition to her project management skills, Chris’ ability to translate client requirements into winning proposals has resulted in hundreds of millions in new awards. She is Six Sigma Lean Green Belt Certified (SSLGBC).
Chris received her BA Degree from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in International Studies; Chris was a Study Abroad Participant for 1 year at the Business Institute, Beijing, People’s Republic of China.
Kevin Woznick, COO
Throughout Kevin’s 32-year career, he has demonstrated his ability to provide innovative solutions for both commercial and government clients. Most recently, Kevin was the Director for the US Public Sector Business Process Services (BPS) practice at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, setting strategic direction for the contact center portfolio as well as managing multiple large and complex contact center programs for government clients. Kevin’s strategic direction grew the BPS department to more than $50M annually in revenue and included a team of ~2,000 people across all programs. He is Six Sigma Lean Green Belt Certified (SSLGBC).
Kevin received his BS Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), with a minor in Accounting.
